What is the warranty on my vacuum, hairdryers, etc?
Most of our appliances and electronics carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties vary by manufacturer, so please check with your sales representative for more information.

What tax rate am I charged?
You will be charged your province’s rate of sales tax.

Samples

Can I see a sample before purchasing?
Yes, many items can be viewed prior to purchasing. Items under $20.00 will be shipped free of charge, items over $20.00 will be billed to your account and a credit will be issued when the item is returned in the original packaging and condition.

Will my order be shipped the same day I place it?
95% of the products we offer are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. In most cases, your order will leave the same day it is placed when ordered before 1 PM EST. Items such as drapery and bedspreads are shipped from the manufacturer direct and may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
 
What qualifies for free freight?
Most of our in stock items qualify for free freight on orders of $99 or more. Extremely fragile items, such as artwork are charged freight extra, as well as a number of other products which are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Some remote locations may not qualify for free freight.
